How to Mix Frylow Cleaning Solution
FCS Preparation Instructions:
Frylow Cleaning Solution (FCS) is a concentrate that requires dilution with added water.
Pour the 8 oz Frylow Cleaning Solution (FCS) concentrate into a 32 oz Spray Bottle.
Add water with FCS into the 32 oz Spray Bottle until full.

Mix 8 oz of FCS concentrate with 24 oz of water, into a 32 oz spray bottle.

Be sure to rinse and gently scrub your Frylow to remove dirt and buildup.
Frylow Cleaning
Do the tasks below – same day every week.
Clean Frylow unit(s) with FCS only:
- Remove Frylow from the fryer.
- Spray FCS 10 times on BOTH sides of the Frylow.
- Allow FCS to presoak for 5-minutes.
- On stove, boil Frylow for 15-minutes.
- Rinse Frylow under hot water, scrubbing away all food particles. Use a stiff bristle brush.
- Dry Frylow completely before returning to deep fryer. A towel is recommended.
Deep Fryer Cleaning
Keep your deep fryers & backsplash perfectly clean with FCS:
- Drain oil from fryer.
- Remove solids from fryer vat.
- Spray the walls, sides of the fryer, and backsplash with FCS.
- Allow FCS to presoak for 5-minutes.
- Remove burnt oil & discolored stainless steel. Use green cleaning pad or brush.
- Wipe and rinse thoroughly with water.

Fryer Boilout with Frylow Inside
You may clean your Fryer & Frylow at the same time with a weekly fryer boilout.
- Drain oil & remove solids from fryer.
- Spray Frylows (10x each side) with FCS.
- Spray fryer 20x with FCS.
- Allow FCS to presoak all surfaces for 5-minutes.
- Put up to 5 Frylows inside the deep fryer.
- Boil fryer and Frylows with water for 15-minutes.
- Rinse and scrub Frylows under hot water.
- Dry Frylow before reinstalling.
WARNING: Do not use any other degreaser to clean Frylow.
