How to Install Frylow Into Your Commercial Deep Fryer

Step 1: Preparation
The fryer oil must be set to a temperature of 340F. Frylow improves heat transfer (lower viscosity) so frying temperatures are reduced from the conventional 350F temperature.
Frequently (80%), built-in fryer thermometers are incorrect. We highly suggest an external thermometer to test temperatures accurately. This will guarantee precise temperatures in your fryers permanently, for under $20.

Place Frylow between heating coils or burners.
Step 2: Placing Frylow into the Fryer
Frylow is placed underneath the grill and simply hangs between the burners.
CAUTION: Burn hazard! Use safety equipment such as tongs and heat resistant gloves for this step.
A U-Bar comes with the Frylow to support hanging the unit between the coils.
Frylow must be fully submerged in the fryer oil.
Step 3: The Bubbling Oil
When Frylow is submerged in the hot oil the bubbling begins. The fry oil is conditioned releasing negative electrons. In 5-minutes the bubbling will stop.
Proceed with cooking lighter, crispier, and healthier fried food. Your fried food will absorb less oil and the cooking oil will stay fresh longer.
